Dangers to people in homeless (houseless) communities in the Visalia, include fire risks, mold and mildew, landslides, exposure to diseased pests and rodents and an on-going threat of violence. With a lack of access to Visalia infrastructure (e.g., shelter, stormwater management, water and sanitation systems, electricity, heating, trash services) immensely increases the homeless environmental hazard exposure.

We partnered with the City of VisaliaAcorn Managers, business owners, property owners and property managers to safely clean out and decontaminate homeless camps in a way that is socially and environmentally responsible. In addition, at times we would provide soil remediation services and proper soil decontamination.
