Risks to citizens living in homeless (houseless) communities in the Lodi, include fire risks, mold and mildew, landslides, exposure to diseased pests and rodents and an on-going threat of violence. With a lack of access to Lodi infrastructure (e.g., shelter, stormwater management, water and sanitation systems, electricity, heating, trash services) greatly increases the homeless environmental hazard exposure.

Hazmat, Inc. partners with the City of LodiAcorn Managers, business’s, property owners and property managers to safely clean out and decontaminate homeless camps in a way that is socially and environmentally responsible. In addition, at times we may provide soil remediation services and required soil decontamination.
